Lou Bottino
Construction Specialist
Installation Coordinator
Lou has 30 years experience in the local construction community. He runs his business as a third generation owner in a 50 year old successful family construction business. He employs skilled and responsible carpenters and complies with local codes and laws pertaining to the construction industry. He works with local and county agencies building and remodeling homes for members of our community who are in need. Lou specializes in all areas of construction from exterior renovations to fine carpentry in the kitchen, his experience transcends the industry. In his free time, Lou loves to ride his motorcycle with his friends, hike the many trails our area has to offer and practice yoga with his lovely fiancé Tricia Case. Lou resides in the village of Liverpool and has three grown children, and two step children.

Kristen Alibrandi

Kristen has spent her entire 30-year career working in the local kitchen and bath industry, the majority of those years with the same company. She is a professionally trained designer, knowledgeable sales representative and a natural people person, making her clients’ sales process a fun and exciting experience. She is a student of the industry and abides by The National Kitchen & Bath Association’s guidelines for proper and practical design. Staying informed on local demand, industry trends and tracking the products she sells helps decide which new innovations or supplemental industries fit into the lifestyles of her clients. She is a teacher and trainer who has conducted kitchen schools, on the job training, product and local building and plumbing code education.
In addition, Kristen spent over 10 years in sales and marketing for a major supply house where she learned demographic studies, target marketing, advertising, desktop publishing & showroom merchandising. She designed, built and managed the first branch location for her previous employer more than 10 years ago and continues building and revamping showrooms throughout the state ever since. As a first time business owner, Kristen has now designed and built her 7th showroom and will manage the Cabinet Styles Selection Center and Sales Department.
In the rare event she’s not working, Kristen likes to enjoy and build her garden which has become her new favorite hobby, go out and listen to local live music. Visit with friends and family and spend time with John and their little dog Mila. Kristen resides in North Syracuse an has one daughter.

THE DESIGNERS
Denise Miller, CKD

Denise’s reputation proceeds her as one of the most successful and sought out kitchen and bath designers in Upstate New York. Her work ethic and dedication to her craft are unquestionable and within minutes of meeting and speaking with her, clients know they are in the best of hands and have made a friend.
Her clients range from home builders to homeowners, and no matter who she is meeting with, they enjoy the same experience as she treats everyone with kindness and professionalism.
Denise started working in the kitchen and bath industry in 1988. By 1992 she landed a position that would be her career for the next 28 years. She earned her credential of CKD in 1996 and remains a student of the industry even today. During the years spent at her previous employer, she made a niche for herself in the local industry and honed her talent into becoming a very well known kitchen designer for many of the custom, high end builders in the area. Each year at the Parade of Homes her designs are featured in at least one if not two or three homes on the tour. In addition to the Parade of Homes she has designed some of the most beautiful and unique homes in the area.
In 2002, she was elected to the National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA) Central New York Chapter Board of Directors as Treasurer and Secretary. Eighteen years later, she continues to serve in the same position. Denise’s professional accomplishments are impressive and validate her position as one of the very best in her field.
July / August 2009 she won 1st place in the NKBA Design Competition featured in the Central New York Magazine
2010 she again won 1st place in the NKBA Design Competition featured in the NKBA Profiles Magazine
June 2015 her kitchen design was the featured article in “Where the Heart is” - This Old House Magazine
Denise resides in the Onondaga Hill area with her husband Greg and two babies, Stella and Bailee, their precious dogs. When she takes a break from her busy schedule she is playing with or walking the dogs, golfing with Greg or socializing with her many friends.

Tony Iannettone

Tony has been working in the kitchen and bath industry for more than 40 years. He has been certified in both kitchen and bath design and has trained and taught through his legendary Kitchen Schools just about everyone who is involved in the local industry today.
He is always available to field measure or assist in any way to get kitchens ordered and shipped as our customers request. His generosity and unselfish work ethic is why he is such a valuable member of our group. Not to mention his 40 years of knowledge and cabinet expertise that continues to educate even seasoned sales and design professionals who are around him. Tony is old-school and draws every detail by hand, his layouts are like artwork and his math is perfect! He is a great resource for all of as Cabinet Styles and his assistance is invaluable when planning a remodel for his clients.
Tony has been involved in residential remodeling for a majority of his career and over the past 20 years has become more involved in commercial kitchens and multi-unit housing facilities. He is meticulous and precise when it comes to his layouts and quotes. Tony double checks everything before an order is placed and explains the process in detail to his customers. This is why he has maintained a loyal following for all these years and continues to thrive as one of the best the industry has to offer.

Terry Hood
Kitchen and Bath Designer

Terry feels it is critical to listen carefully to a customer’s wants and needs in order to find the perfect solutions to their design issues. Function, beauty and budget are all equally important in creating the design that is right for a client.
The initial consultation, by showroom appointment, allows Terry to present cabinet, countertop and other material options to the potential client. Subjects such as time frame, contractor, budget and client need and desires for the project are discussed.
At this time measurements are taken, or blueprints are provided to produce a design. Every detail is taken into consideration. 3D perspectives are provided to the customer to view the initial design and details are discussed. Revisions can be made according to the clients wishes. After the initial perspectives and one revision a deposit will be required to implement further changes and to receive floor plan and elevation drawings for the contractor. This deposit will go toward the purchase of the client’s cabinetry.
Keeping up on product information and trends is extremely important in the Kitchen and Bath Industry. Terry has been to many product training seminars and factory tours including Yorktowne, Cambria and most recently a Dura Supreme “Boot camp”. Learning how products are made and who your contacts are is helpful in conducting future business.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends boating, golfing, skiing and seeing live music. Walking her Dog, cooking and yoga are also relaxing pastimes.
